Quotations and proposals are evaluated for compliance with technical specifications, delivery schedule, price, payment terms, and after-sale services. Contracts are awarded to Bidders with the lowest compliant offers providing the best value for money based on required technical specifications. In addition, all IOM vendors must adhere to the IOM Code of Conduct for Suppliers, which outlines IOM’s strict policies against conflict of interest, fraud, corruption, and the exploitation of child labor.

Current procurement activities
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites you to submit a quotation for Provision of t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, waterproof jackets, pants and shoes (crocs) as per the requested specification as per PR 4200415359 for the needs of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as per the requirements stated in the enclosed Request for Quotation (RFQ). Your quotation should be submitted electronically to the following email address: SMCZEProcurement@iom.int
by 3rd of March 2023 (Friday) by 12.00 local time.
IOM will respond to any request for clarification received on or before 24th of February 2023 by 18:00 local time.
