Who can apply?

Can I receive financial support?

Besides the free air and ground transportation tickets, we can provide accommodation, food and health services before departure in case of utmost necessity.

We can also support you with the „in-kind“ reintegration assistance upon arrival at your destination.

How long does it take?

We will make sure you have time to think about your decision and ensure this is the right choice for you. Once you decide to apply, we can let you know how long the process should take. It mostly depends on your travel documents and your residential status in the Czech Republic.  The absence of travel documents may prolong the process.

Can I change my mind?

We know that choosing to return home is a big decision. Our team are here to help you find out all the information you need before you make your decision. All enquiries are strictly confidential, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

How much luggage can I take?

We have special agreements with many airlines that include an extra luggage allowance. Every airline has a different condition on the amount of the extra luggage.  Once we have confirmed your final travel arrangements, we will let you know the exact amount of luggage you can take with you.

What is the reintegration grant for?

Have you ever thought about setting up your own business? Do you want to study? Do you have nowhere to return to?  We can help you start a business; join an existing business; attend a school or training; rent an apartment or improve your own home.  We will help you to put a plan together.

The project "Return and Reintegration Support for Voluntary Returns of Third-Country Nationals 2024-2026" Reg.
