Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration

The project “Assisted Voluntary Returns and Reintegration” No. AMIF / 18/01 is financed within the national program of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the budget of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.

The main goal of the project is to contribute to the effective management of migration through comprehensive support for the concept of assisted voluntary returns and reintegration and to support the sustainable reintegration of returnees into countries of origin. The main goal of the project will be to increase the awareness of third-country nationals residing in the Czech Republic about the possibilities of assisted voluntary returns, as well as ensuring the return to the countries of origin and providing assistance in the country of return in the reintegration process.

The project will contribute to a comprehensive approach to immigration by providing the safe and dignified voluntary return of 450 migrants and contributing to their sustainable reintegration in their countries of origin. The quality of the return assistance will be supported by accompanying activities, in particular return counseling, targeted dissemination of information, and material support in the preparatory phase of return. At least 400 beneficiaries will be provided with financial support for reintegration upon return. Reintegration assistance will be mainly focused on state nationals of Afghanistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Mongolia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and other countries as needed.

The project will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030, specifically goal 10 and its indicator 10.7.
