Q-SER project conference
<p>SER - Qualitative services at local level for migrants and refugees. The project is funded by the EC under the Erasmus Plus STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS FOR ADULT EDUCATION call. The partnership consortium consists of Municipality of Egaleo – Lead Partner, Drosostalida, Social enterprise – Greece, InTraCoM Group, Greek-orthodox metropolis – Germany, FAMSI and MC2020 – Spain. The project focuses on the intercultural training of 100 municipality employees in various sectors in order to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to perform to the highest standards and serve the immigrants equally, according to their needs. The project aims to create two interactive models integrated within an online system allowing the target audience to interact and learn. Pilot testing will be followed by job shadowing, dissemination events and actions. Finally, a learning activity will be realized in order to promote uptake of the models and system, thus, reach the needs’ addressed. <p>In May 13th 2019 was held in Prague the project conference EDUCATION AND CAPACITY BUILDING FOR WORK WITH MIGRANTS AND REFUGEES attended by project partners and one hundred participants. You can see the program enclosed.</p>
